So, my throat was sore this morning and I was feeling verrrrry unmotivated to go workout, but then I decided to go ahead and put on my gym clothes to do my house cleaning and run my few errands around town. As soon as I did, I was excited to workout later today!
I guess there are positive emotions associated with working out, (such as the weight loss success I've been having since I've started going to the gym regularly) so putting on the clothes made me feel that again, and got me out of my "funk".
So, around 3:30pm, I'll be off to the gym! :)
Lesson learned: When in a funk and unmotivated to work out... just put on your gym clothes and it may help!
