Day One

I survived. ;) I did great with my water intake, planned my meals (only ate that, no "extras") and had good focus. My starting weight is bad, but actually I thought it was going to be worse.

Starting weight: 245.8
Goal: 180

Sorry today is a short one, but I'm typing one handed because I have a sleeping baby boy in the other hand ;)

Here I go again!
